Other rubber products types and characteristics
Other rubber products are widely used sealing solutions that can be used in various industrial and technical applications. Each product has a unique design and function to provide effective sealing in different conditions of use.
Axial (Gamma) seal
A dynamic lip seal primarily used to protect rotating shafts from dust, dirt, water, and grease. It gets its name from its distinctive profile, which resembles the Greek letter "gamma."
Bellows
A flexible, corrugated rubber product used to protect and cover moving parts. The flexibility and weather resistance of rubber bellows make them ideal for protecting against dust, dirt, and moisture.
Clamp seals
These are special seals that can be installed quickly and easily, usually for pipe connections and flanges. Thanks to their flexible material, clamp seals are ideal for quick, tool-free installation and removal.
End caps
End caps are located at the ends of the shafts, protecting them from mechanical damage and contamination.
Flat gaskets
Flat gaskets are used to prevent leakage between flat surfaces. They are ideal for a variety of industrial and domestic applications.
Membrane
Membranes have a wide range of applications and can be found in industries such as automotive, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, medical devices, etc.
Rotary seals
Rotary seals effectively seal rotating components, preventing the leakage of lubricants and contaminants, while axial seals provide sealing around linear movements.
Sealing gasket
A sealing gasket (or flat sealing material) is a flat, flexible material that is placed between two parallel surfaces (such as flanges) to seal the gap and prevent liquids or gases from leaking. Its main characteristics vary depending on the material and intended use.
Support ring
Widely used in various industrial applications that require special sealing or protection functions.
USIT ring
A combination of a seal and a metal washer, typically used for screw connections. The USIT ring ensures leak-free sealing of liquids and gases while also withstanding mechanical forces.
