Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is in stock and the order is received by 12:00 noon, we will arrange for delivery on the same day with our delivery partner (GLS). If we are unable to fulfill any of the products in your order within the time frame promised by the webshop, our staff will contact you.

We provide free shipping for orders over 30,000 HUF net. For orders under 30,000 HUF net, we apply the following fees, which will be invoiced:
Hereby we inform our Partners that, in response to customer demand, Magyar Posta will also be available as a delivery company from March 28, 2024. In this case, please select one of the available delivery methods and write in the comments that you would like Magyar Posta to deliver your order. We will inform you of the cost of postal delivery. In this case, due to postal administration, the order processing time and delivery time will be longer.
The shipping fee is calculated based on the current courier service prices (our contractual partner is GLS). Please note that the shipping cost will be added to your order.
If you have a preferred courier or even a registered partner code, please let us know! We can send your package with any well-known carrier in Hungary.
Please inspect the package in front of the delivery person upon delivery and, if you notice any damage or missing items, request a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a report.
Our online store is continuously updated from our SAP ERP system, but we cannot rule out the possibility of errors or sales occurring in the meantime, although this is extremely rare. Orders placed by our customers become final when our colleagues send an order confirmation.
